Think Positive



Overthinking is one of my biggest flaws.  When I'm nervous, scared, upset, sad, I overthink and my mind doesn't let me relax.  

When I focus on other things to do, especially ones that make me happy, it keeps my mind busy.  I might reorganize something in my apartment, clean, read a book, do art, workout, etc.  I find something to keep my mind occupied and I forget about what I was overthinking about.  I start thinking more positively.  It helps.

Think positive.
