I saw this and knew that is what I needed to do. I don't hate what I see in the mirror. But I know that I want to be at my healthiest and fittest self. Right now, that's not who I am. So I've been making an effort to wake up early to workout first thing in the morning before work. That way I have no excuses and I make better choices throughout the day.
