Since I started working a desk job versus working in food service where I'm standing all day, I get sore and stiff often. I keep looking for easy exercises and stretches that I can do everyday to ease the pain. I came across an article on Popsugar called
Postwork Yoga Sequence Designed for Desk Dwellers. I love this. Poses I will attempt to do daily to reduce all the aches.
